About RM Digital GroupRM Digital Group is a growing marketing agency based in Tuscaloosa, AL, specializing in branding, digital content, and brand materials for small and medium-sized businesses.About the RoleWe're looking for a freelance graphic designer to work on a recurring, per-project basis, supporting brand identity design for our clients.ResponsibilitiesDesign complete logo packages, including color variations, grayscale, black & white version, standalone icon, and horizontal/vertical formatsDefine official color palettes and brand typographyDesign business cards and basic print materialsDeliver final files in PNG, JPG, and vector format (AI/SVG)RequirementsPortfolio with real examples of logo/branding work (no generic templates)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva ProStrong communication and ability to meet deadlinesEnglish and/or SpanishWork Setup100% remotePaid per project (not hourly)Potential for ongoing collaboration for the right fit
