This consultant will establish performance goals, manage paid campaigns across major platforms, and report on results. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, deep platform expertise, and experience marketing to education-focused audiences.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Assess client marketing efforts and recommend where to allocate time and spendEstablish performance and growth goals for client accountsBuild, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedInTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performanceAdvise on platform and tool capabilities and limitations to set realistic strategic directionMinimum Requirements:Experience marketing to education/EDU audiencesProven performance/growth marketing experience, including setting performance goalsHands-on strategist who can both plan and executeExtensive experience managing paid campaigns on Google and MetaStrong performance reporting and analytics skillsUnderstanding of marketing technology and tool limitationsConsultative, client-facing mindset
