Location: Patna Experience: 2+ YearsQualification: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / CMA / UGC-NET (Finance) or equivalentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Finance Faculty & Marketing Professional who can effectively combine academic teaching with college outreach and programme promotion.The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Finance-related subjects as well as representing our institution/programmes at graduation-level colleges and building strong academic relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate students in Finance and related subjects.- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and academic activities.- Mentor and guide students on academics and career opportunities in Finance.- Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures where required.- Maintain academic quality and student engagement.College Marketing & Outreach- Visit graduation-level colleges to promote our academic programmes.- Conduct presentations, seminars, career counselling sessions, and programme awareness activities.- Build and maintain relationships with college principals, faculty members, placement teams, and management.- Identify potential student leads and generate enquiries for relevant programmes.- Coordinate with the Marketing & Admissions team for college outreach campaigns.- Represent the institution professionally during college visits, education fairs, seminars, and other outreach activities.- Maintain regular reports of college visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.Desired Skills- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Good knowledge of Finance and related academic subjects.- Comfortable with frequent college visits and student interaction.- Ability to conduct seminars and presentations independently.- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.- Passion for teaching as well as student counselling and outreach.- Willingness to travel locally for college marketing activities.What We Offer- Full-time career opportunity combining Teaching + Marketing & Outreach.- Professional growth in both academic and education-marketing domains.- Performance-based incentives for outreach and admissions.- Opportunity to interact with students, colleges, and education partners.
