Freelance HSE Officer

Freelance HSE Officer Freelance Contract – Project-Based (Short term/Long Term), UAE Arena Group is looking for experienced and passionate Freelance HSE Officers to support our in-house teams on upcoming projects across the UAE.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Arena’s safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.What you’ll doImplement and monitor HSE management systems in line with company and regulatory requirementsConduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure complianceEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and method statementsProvide HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to site personnelMonitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practicesInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and report findings with corrective actionsMaintain HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company standardsLiaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective HSE coordinationPromote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all sitesWhat we’re looking forMinimum 2+ years of experience in HSE Management SystemsNEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatoryBachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any disciplineValid Residence Visa with NOC from SponsorValid Medical InsuranceCertified in First Aid & Fire Fighting TrainingStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFluency in English & HindiDriving License with own car (preferred)Please apply only if you meet all the above requirements.If you are passionate about creating safer and more sustainable workplaces, we would love to hear from you!📩 Send your updated CV to: qhseuae@arenagroup.com
