Freelance HSE Officer - KSA

Arena Group is looking for experienced and passionate Freelance HSE Officers to support our in-house teams on upcoming projects across the KSA.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Arena’s safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.What you’ll do:Implement and monitor HSE management systems in line with company and regulatory requirementsConduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure complianceEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and method statementsProvide HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to site personnelMonitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practicesInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and report findings with corrective actionsMaintain HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company standardsLiaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective HSE coordinationPromote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all sitesWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 2+ years of experience in HSE Management Systems.NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatory.Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.Ajeer contract/permit is mandatory for expatriate candidates who are under another sponsorship in KSA.
