Freelance Lead Coordinator & Client ManagerBridal Ventures is looking for a Freelance Lead Coordinator & Client Manager to support our growing wedding portfolio in the UAE.The role combines client management and wedding coordination, from the initial planning stages through to leading the team on the wedding day.Key responsibilities:Manage assigned clients and ongoing communicationConduct planning calls and client check-insCreate and finalize wedding timelinesCoordinate with vendors ahead of each eventLead wedding-day coordination and manage the on-site teamOversee setup, timings, guest flow and key wedding momentsEnsure a smooth handover and close-out after each eventIdeal candidate: Organized, proactive, confident with clients, calm under pressure, and experienced in weddings or events.📍 Dubai, UAE💼 Freelance / Part-time📅 Flexible, event-based schedule
