We deliver technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and future-skills programs for students, universities, institutions and organisations across the UAE.The OpportunityWe are building a UAE-wide pool of Freelance Mentors & Trainers who can be engaged on demand for upcoming workshops, training programs and learning initiatives.This is not a full-time position. Selected mentors will become part of Steyp's mentor pool and will be contacted when programs matching their expertise and availability arise.We are looking for expertise in areas including:Artificial Intelligence & Generative AIRobotics & STEMCoding & Software DevelopmentEntrepreneurship & Startup BuildingInnovation & Design ThinkingFuture SkillsCorporate AI & ProductivityTypes of EngagementsPrograms may include school workshops, university programs, corporate training, bootcamps, institutional programs, online sessions and special events.Assignments can range from a few hours to multi-day programs.Who Can ApplyIndustry professionals, engineers, founders, entrepreneurs, educators, university faculty, corporate trainers and subject-matter experts are welcome.Candidates should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging, practical sessions.UAE-based candidates are preferred for physical programs. Online opportunities may also be available.Engagement & CompensationFreelance / project-based engagement. Compensation will be agreed per session or program depending on expertise, duration, audience and program requirements.
