This environment offers technology professionals the opportunity to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects and cutting-edge solutions.Role Description As a Freelance Odoo Developer at QUDRAH COMPANY, you will work on-site in Riyadh in a contract-based capacity, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules that support telecommunications operations and business processes. You will configure and implement new features, integrate Odoo with existing systems, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth performance and data consistency. Daily tasks include analyzing user requirements, writing clean and maintainable code, performing testing and debugging, and preparing technical documentation. You will also support end users with training, handle system updates and enhancements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and IT to improve workflows and reporting.Qualifications Strong Odoo development skills, including Python programming, Odoo module customization, and ORM usage.Experience with Odoo configuration, workflow design, and integration with third-party systems (APIs, web services).Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), data modeling, and performance optimization.Proficiency with front-end technologies relevant to Odoo (e.g., XML views, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for user interface customization.Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and practical Odoo solutions.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to debug and resolve complex functional and technical issues.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in telecommunications or infrastructure-related projects is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus for on-site collaboration in Riyadh.
