Freelance PR ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEWorking arrangement: Freelance / Part-time (Remote with monthly meetups)Agency: NikNak PRNikNak PR is looking for an experienced Freelance PR Manager to join our small, fast-moving boutique agency. We work with ambitious wellness and lifestyle brands across sectors including F&B, beauty, corporate, entertainment, sport, technology and retail. Our approach is strategic, hands-on and focused on delivering meaningful results rather than noise for the sake of it.This role would suit someone who enjoys the variety and pace of boutique agency life, is comfortable managing multiple accounts and can confidently guide and manage a small team.The RoleYou will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping to lead campaigns from strategy through to execution. You will work closely with the agency founder, clients and the wider team to ensure projects remain organised, proactive and results-driven.Responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of PR and communications accountsDeveloping and implementing creative PR strategies and campaign plansManaging, supporting and delegating work across a small teamActing as a key point of contact for clientsBuilding strong relationships with UAE and regional mediaIdentifying relevant media, partnership, event, award and speaking opportunitiesDrafting and editing press releases, pitches, features, thought leadership and media materialsLeading media outreach and following up consistentlyManaging influencer gifting and brand collaboration campaigns where requiredMaintaining account timelines, trackers, reports and internal processesMonitoring coverage and preparing clear client updatesSupporting new business proposals, pitches and agency growthEnsuring work is delivered accurately, professionally and on timeAbout YouYou will ideally have:Strong UAE or GCC PR agency experienceExperience managing multiple lifestyle, consumer or corporate accountsPrevious experience managing or supervising a small teamEstablished relationships with UAE and regional media and influencers in relevant sectorsExcellent written and verbal English Excellent written and verbal Arabic a plus but not essentialStrong press release, pitching and copy-editing skillsThe ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on executionExcellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skillsA proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of accountsAn understanding of influencer relations, partnerships and eventsThe ability to work independently within a flexible freelance environmentExperience across wellness, F&B, beauty, entertainment, sport, technology and/or retail would be particularly valuable.What We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for someone who simply waits for tasks to be assigned.
