Freelance Principal Oracle DBA Trainer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Principal Oracle DBA Trainer to deliver advanced Oracle Database Administration a five-days training for a major enterprise project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical training and knowledge transfer sessions covering Oracle Database architecture, security, high availability, performance tuning, backup and recovery, RAC, and Grid Infrastructure technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led Oracle Database Administration training.Conduct practical workshops and hands-on labs for enterprise database environments.Explain Oracle Database architecture, database components, and administration fundamentals.Train participants on backup, recovery, RMAN configuration, database duplication, and flashback technologies.Deliver Oracle Security administration and best practices sessions.Provide training on Oracle Multitenant Architecture (CDB/PDB) deployment and management.Lead Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Grid Infrastructure training.Demonstrate database deployment using DBCA and Oracle patching procedures.Deliver advanced performance tuning workshops covering AWR, ADDM, SQL Tuning, and optimization techniques.Share industry best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, database monitoring, and troubleshooting. Required Technical ExpertiseOracle Database Administration (11g, 12c, 19c, or higher).Oracle RAC Administration.Oracle Grid Infrastructure Installation and Configuration.Oracle Multitenant Architecture (CDB/PDB).RMAN Backup & Recovery.Oracle Database Security.Flashback Technologies.Oracle Database Patching and Upgrades.Database Performance Monitoring and Tuning.AWR and ADDM Analysis.SQL Performance Tuning and Optimization.Database Deployment using DBCA.High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions. Qualifications10+ years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience.Proven experience delivering technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise Oracle environments.Oracle certifications are highly preferred (OCP/OCE/OCM).Previous experience with government, utilities, telecom, or large enterprise clients is a strong advantage.Preferred SkillsExcellent classroom and stakeholder management skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Strong troubleshooting and mentoring capabilities.Experience designing and preparing Oracle training materials and lab environments.
