Project Manager | Data Centre Infrastructure | Belgium | Permanent or FreelanceA growing engineering organisation specialising in critical infrastructure and data centre facilities is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its expanding team.This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects from customer order through to installation, commissioning and final handover. You'll work closely with engineering, production, procurement and service teams while acting as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, this role offers exposure to technically challenging projects across Belgium and beyond.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of data centre infrastructure projectsAct as the main point of contact for customers throughout project deliveryCoordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Installation and Service teamsLead project meetings, stakeholder management and reportingDrive budgeting, forecasting and cost control activitiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standardsReview technical and commercial documentation to support successful executionContribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and processesNon-Negotiable RequirementsFluent Dutch and English5+ years of project management experience within engineering, infrastructure or industrial environmentsExperience delivering Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure/Industrial/Facilities projectsEngineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or similar)Strong technical understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systemsProven customer-facing stakeholder management experienceComfortable challenging technical designs and project execution plansAbility to work on-site a minimum of 4 days per weekPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certificationWhat's on Offer?Permanent or long-term freelance engagementComplex, technically challenging infrastructure projectsHigh levels of autonomy and responsibilityExposure to international customers and projectsGrowing organisation with strong career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits package or attractive contract termsInterested in hearing more?
