Sky News Arabia is also committed to shaping the future of media through its training arm, Sky News Arabia Academy, empowering the next generation of media professionals.Role PurposeThe Promo Producer will lead the creative and production delivery of assigned promotional content within a fast-paced environment, tight production schedules, and limited resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and produce a range of promotional content across news, talk shows, and entertainment programming.Develop the creative approach, treatment, script, shot list, and production plan for assigned promotional campaigns.Deliver at least one completed, broadcast-ready promotional campaign per week, subject to approvals and the availability of required contributors.Develop the concept, production requirements, and schedule for the next promotional campaign in parallel, ensuring a continuous production pipeline throughout the 30-day contract period.Lead and coordinate all filming requirements, including location planning, contributor and talent coordination, shot planning, and on-set direction.Work closely with editors, camera crews, designers, AI artists, sound designers, and editorial stakeholders to ensure each promo meets broadcast standards.Manage production priorities effectively under tight deadlines and with a limited production team.Ensure all required assets including footage, graphics, music, releases, and project files are properly organised and delivered on time.Respond constructively to editorial and stakeholder feedback, implementing revisions efficiently without compromising quality.Maintain clear daily communication regarding progress, dependencies, risks, and any support required to meet agreed delivery dates.Expected DeliverablesA minimum of six completed promotional campaigns during the contract period.A creative and production plan for each assigned promo.Direction and coordination of all required filming sessions.A continuous production workflow: while one promo is in post-production or review, the next promo must be in preparation.Final broadcast-ready masters, with all project and source files fully organised.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Promo Producer or Creative Producer, ideally within news, television, or broadcast media.Strong Arabic language skills, with the ability to understand and work confidently with Arabic editorial and promotional content.Experience managing shoots with limited crews, compressed schedules, and changing editorial priorities.Strong understanding of post-production workflows, including editing, graphics, sound, and broadcast delivery requirements.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality output under pressure.
