Location: Al Karama, Dubai, UAEJob Type: Freelance / Part-TimeMode: On-site / In-personJob OverviewAcamind Academy is looking for an engaging and experienced Public Speaking Trainer for Teens to deliver practical, interactive training sessions for young learners.The trainer should be confident working with teenagers and able to create a supportive learning environment where students can improve their communication, presentation, confidence, and public speaking skills through activities and guided practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging Public Speaking sessions for teenagers.Train students in speech structure, presentation skills, voice modulation, body language, and audience engagement.Conduct activities such as impromptu speaking, storytelling, debates, group discussions, presentations, and role plays.Help students overcome hesitation and develop confidence when speaking in front of others.Provide constructive individual feedback and track student progress.Adapt activities according to different confidence and communication levels.Maintain an interactive, practical, and student-friendly classroom environment.Coordinate with the Acamind Academy team regarding lesson plans, schedules, and student progress.Preferred Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience teaching Public Speaking, Communication Skills, English, Debate, Drama, or Presentation Skills.Experience working with teenagers or school-age learners is strongly preferred.Strong spoken English and presentation skills.Confident classroom management and facilitation skills.Ability to make sessions activity-based rather than lecture-focused.Professional, patient, energetic, and comfortable engaging young learners.Trainers currently based in Dubai are preferred.EngagementThis is a freelance training opportunity.
