Freelance QHSE Consultant – Dubai / UAE

Facility Mediation is building its international network of trusted QHSE professionals and is looking for a freelance QHSE Consultant physically based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, with the ability to intervene on client sites in Dubai when required.This is not a permanent employment position.We are looking for an independent professional available for freelance / contract assignments depending on client needs.What the assignments may include

• QHSE / HSE site visits and workplace observations
• Risk assessments and action plans
• Internal audits and compliance reviews
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 support
• Site inspections and safety walks
• Contractor / external-company safety
• Incident and near-miss analysis
• QHSE documentation and reporting
• Awareness sessions, briefings or workshops
• Remote preparation and follow-up linked to on-site assignmentsWe are looking for someone who
• Is currently based in the UAE
• Can legally perform freelance / contract assignments in the UAE
• Is available for on-site assignments in Dubai
• Has solid QHSE / HSE fundamentals
• Speaks professional English
• Is comfortable with digital tools and structured reporting
• Can work independently while respecting an agreed scope and method
• Is open to responsible professional use of AI
• Can apply Facility Mediation methods while maintaining professional judgementPreferred knowledge
