Applications from currently employed candidates will not be considered.About the Opportunity A leading Saudi organization is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Consultant for a fixed 3 month engagement. You will deliver end to end recruitment services across a range of roles, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to fill open positions with qualified candidates on time.Scope of Services Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals. Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone and video screening interviews. Assess candidate fit, experience, salary expectations, and availability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Collect feedback and keep candidates informed at every stage. Support offer preparation and follow up until candidate acceptance. Maintain an accurate candidate pipeline and tracker. Submit weekly progress reports on sourcing, screening, and hiring status.Requirements NOT currently employed in any job. This requirement is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Hands on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. Strong communication in Arabic and English. Available to start immediately.Engagement Terms Duration is 3 months, fixed term. Fixed monthly fee of SAR 15,000. The engagement is a freelance service contract, not an employment contract. No GOSI registration. No medical insurance. No allowances, benefits, or other payments beyond the fixed monthly fee.Eligibility Reminder Only candidates who are NOT currently employed are eligible.
