📣 We’re hiring: Freelance School Facilitators – Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAEAt 8billionideas, we design and deliver future-ready learning experiences for schools around the world, helping students build creativity, entrepreneurship, global citizenship and real-world problem-solving skills.We’re growing our freelance facilitator pool in the UAE and are looking for confident, energetic educators who love working with young people and can bring a classroom to life.What you’ll be doing🎯 Delivering engaging, hands-on sessions for school-aged students across schools, camps and enrichment programmes🎯 Adapting delivery to different settings, from school-day workshops to holiday camps and short intensives🎯 Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment with clear behaviour expectations🎯 Stepping up as “lead on the day” when needed – running team briefs and debriefs and keeping delivery on track🎯 Sharing feedback from students and teachers to help us keep improving our programmesWhat we’re looking for✅ Proven experience working with children or young people (teaching, camps, youth work, enrichment or similar)✅ Child safeguarding certification, or willingness to complete it before starting✅ Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups✅ Clear, warm communication with students, teachers and parents✅ Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom/Meet✅ Right to work in the UAE and able to travel across the emiratesBonus points for⭐ Arabic language skills or strong regional knowledge⭐ SEN awareness or experience⭐ First aid certification⭐ Experience in bilingual or international school environmentsWhy join us?💡 Purpose-led work that makes a real difference to young people🤝 A friendly, collaborative delivery team📚 Ongoing CPD, structured feedback and opportunities to shadow and grow🗂️ Clear standards, ready-made resources and operations support so you can focus on brilliant sessionsAll successful candidates will be subject to background checks, police clearance as required by UAE law, and reference checks before starting.📩 Interested?
