Its services are designed to help clients protect their investments and maintain trust in critical transactions.Role Description This is a part time (Freelance Agreement) , on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for Freelance Third-Party Inspectors. The inspector will conduct physical inspections of vehicles, properties, cargo, and other assigned assets, following company standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include documenting findings, capturing photos and supporting evidence, and preparing clear, unbiased inspection reports within agreed timelines. The role involves coordinating site visits with clients, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times. Inspectors are expected to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and communicate effectively with the QIS.ae coordination team and clients about inspection status and outcomes.QualificationsStrong observational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.Experience in inspection, quality control, surveying, or related fields in sectors such as automotive, real estate, logistics, or industrial assets.Proficiency in documenting findings, writing clear reports, and using digital tools or mobile applications for data entry and photo documentation.Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple on-site visits and meet reporting deadlines.Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages in the region is an advantage.Understanding of relevant local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license and reliable access to transportation for on-site inspections in Dubai and surrounding areas.Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity, impartiality, and attention to detail.Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or degree in engineering, surveying, logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.Prior experience as a third-party or freelance inspector and familiarity with client-facing work is beneficial.
