UpTrack Training is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a professional training program on HSE Training for one of our clients' Internal Audit department.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and practical HSE Training as per the Course OutlinePrepare and customize training materials based on client requirementsExplain HSE standards, audit principles, procedures, and best practicesConduct practical exercises, case studies, and mock internal auditsGuide participants in developing audit plans, checklists, and reportsAssess participants through activities, discussions, and knowledge checksProvide constructive feedback and clarify participants’ questionsEnsure training content is accurate, current, and industry-relevantSubmit attendance records, assessments, and post-training reportsMaintain professional training standards and represent UpTrack Training effectivelyQualificationsMinimum of three years of relevant training experienceStrong knowledge of HSE Training deliveryExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishConfident presentation and facilitation skillsHighly engaging and practical training approachReady-to-use, comprehensive training materialsRelevant professional qualifications or certifications are required
