Freelance Trainer – ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

We are seeking a UAE-based Freelance Trainer to deliver ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training programs for corporate clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, and professional training, with the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and standards-based learning experiences in both classroom and virtual settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training programs at client sites or online.Explain the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and auditing principles using practical industry examples.Train participants in audit planning, audit execution, reporting, nonconformity management, corrective actions, and audit follow-up.Develop and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.Conduct workshops, role plays, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate participant competency.Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.Maintain attendance records, training reports, and evaluation documentation.Ensure training delivery complies with applicable accreditation requirements and industry best practices.Stay current with updates to ISO standards, auditing guidelines, and quality management practices.Maintain professional relationships with clients and represent the organization to a high standard.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from a recognized training provider or certification body.Minimum 5 years of experience conducting Quality Management System audits and delivering professional training.Demonstrated experience in first-, second-, and/or third-party audits.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and ISO 19011 auditing guidelines.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience delivering accredited Lead Auditor courses.Familiarity with UAE industries, regulations, and business environments.Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Experience with virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.SkillsExcellent presentation and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective classroom and online training management.Professional report writing and documentation skills.Time management and organizational skills.Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.RequirementsMust be currently based in the United Arab Emirates.Willingness to travel within the UAE to deliver on-site training.Availability to work on a session-based or project-based schedule.Valid UAE residency visa and the legal right to work as a freelance trainer (preferred).
