AOG Specialist - Express / Time Critical Coordinator

Location: Heathrow, Greater LondonSalary: 40,000+Hours: 4 on / 4 off – 7am to 7pmWe are looking for an experienced Express / Time Critical Coordinator to join our growing operations team.

This is a key role responsible for managing customer shipments from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate express and time-critical shipments from start to finish.Process orders, create job records and manage all relevant paperwork.Manage import and export clearances using CDS / ASM.Communicate with customers, hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers.Resolve operational issues and customer queries quickly and effectively.Monitor and maintain customer KPIs and service levels.Looking after key accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.About YouExperience within freight forwarding, logistics, express or time-critical operations.Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure.Confident using IT systems, particularly Excel and CRM systems.Experience with CDS/ASM would be advantageous.Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability and customer retention.Professional, proactive and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.If you're ready for a new role, a new challenge, apply today!
