Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Freight Forwarder will coordinate international air, sea, and road freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely documentation, shipment movement, customs coordination, and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international Air, Sea, and Road freight shipments.Communicate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.Prepare and verify freight and shipping documents.Obtain freight rates and prepare quotations when required.Coordinate with Sourcing, Customs, Finance, and Operations teams.Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and management.Coordinate with customs and relevant parties for smooth shipment clearance.Follow up on ETD, ETA, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and operational problems.Maintain proper shipment records and prepare regular reports.Required SkillsKnowledge of freight forwarding and international logistics.Understanding of Air Waybill (AWB), Bill of Lading (BL), Bill of Transport, Incoterms, and basic import/export procedures.Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation systems.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or related fields preferred.Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.Core Competencies:Freight Forwarding | International Logistics | Shipment Coordination | Documentation | Customer Service | Rate Handling | Customs Coordination | Communication | Problem Solving | Follow-up
