We're looking for an Export Documentation Specialist to join our Ocean Export team.What You'll DoPrepare and transmit AES/EEI export filingsDraft and review Master and House Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL)Issue shipping instructions to ocean carriers and coordinate bookingsCoordinate with international agents and overseas partners on shipment documentationTrack vessel sailings and manage document follow-up with shippers and clientsEnsure accuracy and compliance across export documentation for a high-volume freight forwarding operationWhat We're Looking ForExperience in ocean export documentation, freight forwarding, or NVOCC operationsWorking knowledge of AES/EEI filing requirements and export complianceFamiliarity with MBL/HBL preparation and carrier booking systems (GoFreight experience a plus)Bilingual Spanish/English (required — our client base spans Latin America)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyComfortable working directly with international agents and clientsDetailsFull-time, in-office, Medley, FLSchedule: 9 AM – 5 PMPaid vacation: 2 weeks/yearFlexible work arrangement available when neededTo apply, send your resume to mpelegrino@topcargo.com
