With over a decade of operational experience, we have built a strong reputation for reliability, efficiency, and excellence across every phase of the logistics value chain.Role Description: The Freight Forwarding Operations Executive will manage end-to-end air and sea freight operations, including import/export documentation, Saudi Customs clearance, shipment coordination, and timely delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures and close coordination with airlines, shipping lines, ports, customs brokers, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end operations for airfreight and seafreight import and export shipments.Have comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures, customs clearance requirements, approvals, permits, and documentation.Coordinate with customs, government authorities, airlines, shipping lines, ports, transporters, and other service providers.Manage shipments through major airports and seaports across Saudi Arabia.Coordinate with local transporters, customs brokers, warehouses, and other logistics vendors.Handle shipping line and airline documentation, bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments to clients.Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, customs queries, and documentation discrepancies.Maintain proper shipment records and ensure compliance with company procedures and Saudi regulations.Coordinate closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide timely shipment updates to clients.Develop and maintain good working relationships with local vendors and logistics service providers.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations in Saudi Arabia.Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Customs and import/export procedures.Good knowledge of Saudi geographical locations, airports, seaports, and logistics hubs.Experience dealing with airlines, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and local vendors.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Languages: English and Hindi required; Arabic is highly preferred.Candidates currently based in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia with relevant local experience will be preferred.
