Freight Forwarding Operations Manager

Applicants joining Vault Logistics can expect to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused service.Role Requirements:Establish and control SOPs from booking through billing and shipment closure.Manage documentation, customs compliance, carrier coordination and milestone performance.Oversee BL, AWB, manifest, FASAH, cargo-release and delivery processes.Control operational costs, prevent GP leakage and maintain approved service levels.Manage shipment exceptions, claims, delays and customer escalations.Develop the operational framework for export and feeder-vessel activities.Coach the operations team and coordinate closely with sales, pricing, finance and branch management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.10–15 years of freight forwarding experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.Strong experience in multimodal freight operations covering ocean, air, and cross-border road.Solid knowledge of import/export, customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs, FASAH, ports, airports, and terminal procedures.Experience in transport planning, carrier management, and route optimization.NVOCC, feeder-vessel, or shipping-line experience is an advantage.Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Location:Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
