experienced French Language Tutor / Conversational Coach to provide online French instruction and personalized conversational coaching for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.The ideal candidate has excellent French communication skills, strong teaching abilities, and the flexibility to adapt lessons to individual learning goals and proficiency levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online French lessons through individual coaching, group classes, workshops, and conversation sessions.Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence structure, listening comprehension, reading, writing, and speaking.Conduct practical conversational sessions focused on fluency, confidence, pronunciation, and natural everyday communication.Assess learners' current French proficiency and establish personalized learning objectives and development plans.Develop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, exercises, quizzes, conversation topics, and study materials.Create realistic role-plays covering travel, business, customer service, social situations, interviews, meetings, and everyday conversations.Help learners improve pronunciation, accent, sentence construction, vocabulary usage, and conversational flow.Introduce French expressions, idioms, cultural references, and commonly used conversational language.Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension.Identify recurring language difficulties and develop targeted exercises to address specific weaknesses.Conduct regular assessments, conversation evaluations, progress reviews, and practice sessions.Track attendance, participation, assignments, learning progress, and achievement of individual language goals.Adapt teaching methods to different ages, proficiency levels, professional backgrounds, learning styles, and objectives.Support learners preparing for French-language interviews, professional communication, relocation, travel, academic study, or personal development.Provide business French training for professionals who need to communicate with French-speaking clients, colleagues, suppliers, or partners.Use multimedia, digital learning platforms, interactive exercises, and authentic French-language materials where appropriate.Stay current with French-language teaching methodologies, educational resources, and modern digital-learning practices.Collaborate with academic coordinators and other instructors to improve course quality and learner outcomes.Contribute to online courses, recorded lessons, digital learning resources, vocabulary guides, and conversation materials.Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements to teaching methods and course content.Maintain confidentiality of learner information, assessment results, personal records, and proprietary educational materials.Follow professional teaching standards, organizational policies, privacy requirements, and data-protection procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in French, Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience teaching French, tutoring, language coaching, education, or conversational training is preferred.Excellent command of spoken and written French.Strong English communication skills for explaining concepts to international learners.Proven experience teaching adults, professionals, students, or international learners.Strong understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, syntax, and conversational usage.Excellent teaching, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to explain French concepts clearly to learners with different levels of proficiency.Strong ability to create engaging conversation-based activities and practical language exercises.Experience delivering online lessons through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, digital whiteboards, or similar tools.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.Experience teaching French for business, travel, academic, or professional purposes is advantageous.Experience preparing learners for DELF, DALF, TCF, TEF, or other French-language examinations is advantageous.FLE, DELF/DALF, DAEFLE, teaching, or other recognized language qualifications are advantageous but
