French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant📍 Munich, Germany | Hybrid💰 Base Salary: €80,000 - €105,000 + Performance BonusI’m working with a specialist consultancy that supports private equity-backed businesses through periods of growth, transformation and organisational change. The firm works closely with leadership teams to help businesses operate more effectively and translate strategic priorities into measurable improvements.They are currently looking for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their Munich team, working across international engagements with clients spanning a variety of sectors.The Role:You’ll work as part of small, high-performing project teams, taking ownership of key areas of client engagements and gaining significant exposure to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:Assessing organisational structures, processes and performance to identify opportunities for improvementManaging individual project workstreams and delivering high-quality analysisWorking directly with senior client stakeholders and management teamsTurning complex findings into clear, practical recommendationsSupporting clients through the implementation of proposed changesPresenting insights and recommendations to senior and executive-level audiencesSupporting and mentoring more junior members of the project teamWhat they’re looking for2–6 years’ experience within management, strategy or transformation consultingFluent French and English; German language skills would be advantageousStrong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approachConfidence working directly with senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong Excel and PowerPoint capabilitiesWillingness to travel internationally as required by client engagementsWhy consider it?The firm offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility relatively early in your career, with direct exposure to senior executives and international clients.
