Location: Remote {Occasional Office Visit}French-speaking requiredRole OverviewWe are looking for a French-speaking senior technical professional to support critical enterprise data-exchange, messaging, event-streaming, and data transformation/integration platforms.

The role consolidates expertise across MFT, middleware/event brokers, and ETL/data processing, with responsibility for operational maintenance (MCO), security, performance tuning, upgrades, industrialization, observability, and Level 2/Level 3 production support.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, maintain, secure, optimize, and upgrade Axway SecureTransport and Axway Transfer CFT.Maintain and enhance an in-house Go (Golang) solution, including corrective/evolutionary maintenance, performance optimization, and refactoring.Administer, secure, tune, and evolve IBM MQ (MQ Series), RabbitMQ, and Apache Kafka infrastructures/clusters.Monitor messaging retention, throughput, and latency and prevent saturation of queues and topics.Install, configure, optimize clusters, and manage version upgrades for Apache NiFi and Informatica PowerCenter.Optimize complex transformation workflows, track dependencies, and maintain the quality of incoming and outgoing data processing.Support real-time Flux ingestion through Apache NiFi and very high-volume batch processing through Informatica PowerCenter.Automate the provisioning of data Flux and strengthen monitoring and metrics to anticipate congestion and failures.Deploy detailed metrics for Flux throughput/load, including Backpressure and Latency, and automate error management and replay/reprocessing (DLQ).Support application and development teams on messaging patterns including Pub/Sub, Queuing, Event Streaming, and SDK usage.Maintain service targets of approximately 99.9% availability and 99% service/performance levels across critical platforms.Provide Level 2/Level 3 expert support for critical production incidents and participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation.Technical SkillsMFT / File Transfer: Axway SecureTransport, Axway Transfer CFT; SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PeSIT, AS2.Development & Scripting: Go (Golang), Python, Shell; basic Java knowledge for custom NiFi development.Messaging & Event Streaming: IBM MQ (MQ Series), RabbitMQ (AMQP), Apache Kafka, ZooKeeper/KRaft.Messaging Protocols & Security: AMQP, JMS, MQTT, SSL/TLS, SASL, ACL management.Data Integration / ETL: Apache NiFi (clusters, custom processors), Informatica PowerCenter, ETL/ELT concepts.Data Platforms: Advanced SQL, relational databases, Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures, Big Data environments.Systems: Linux / Unix.Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform (IaC).Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK, Kafka Manager / AKHQ.Performance & Reliability: Capacity management, retention, throughput, latency, backpressure, workload/load monitoring, SLA/SLO management.Soft Skills & Enterprise EnvironmentStrong rigor and methodology, with experience following production processes such as ITIL, change management, incident management, data governance, and dependency management.Ability to remain composed and effective during critical/high-impact incidents and 24/7 on-call periods.Strong collaboration with Network, Security, Application, DevOps, Operations, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and business teams.Comfortable working in large-scale, high-volume, hybrid/multi-cloud environments with variable workloads and structured processes.Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues, integration best practices, and business impact clearly.Key Technology KeywordsAxway SecureTransport | Transfer CFT | MFT | Golang | IBM MQ | RabbitMQ | Apache Kafka | AMQP | JMS | Apache NiFi | Informatica PowerCenter | SQL | ETL/ELT | Linux/Unix | Python | Shell | Java | Ansible | Terraform | Prometheus | Grafana | Datadog | Splunk | ELK | PeSIT | SFTP | FTPS | AS2 | ZooKeeper | KRaft | Big DataAvailability / SupportThe role supports business-critical production platforms.
