French-speaking Senior Research Executive – Quantitative

We are recruiting a French-speaking Senior Research Executive – Quantitative to join a growing international research team in Dublin.This is a client-facing market research role for someone with solid agency experience who can manage quantitative studies from brief through to final recommendations.You will work across the full research lifecycle, combining project management, data interpretation, client interaction and strategic insight.What you’ll be doing:Participating in client briefs and understanding research objectivesDesigning quantitative studies and defining analysis plansDeveloping research specifications and supporting questionnaire designCoordinating and monitoring fieldworkValidating and interpreting research resultsIdentifying the key story behind the dataTurning findings into clear, actionable recommendationsPreparing high-quality reports and presentationsPresenting findings directly to clientsContributing to new research methodologies, tools and analytical approachesWhat we’re looking for:Around 4 years of market research experiencePrevious experience working within a market research agency / research instituteStrong quantitative research expertiseGood understanding of methodologies such as U&A studies, tracking / barometer studies, concept or user testingStrong analytical and synthesis skillsConfidence presenting insights and recommendations to clientsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of Sphinx Exposure to Power BI would be an advantageAn interest in AI and emerging research toolsAn interest in healthcare, consumer health or related sectors would be particularly relevantProfessional fluency in both French and English is essential
