Job SummaryWe are seeking motivated Fresh Graduate Industrial / Electrical Engineers to join our team as full-time employees through a structured Graduate Engineer Development Program at our new manufacturing facility.The program is designed to develop fresh graduates through across Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC department providing hands-on exposure to factory operations, quality, production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC.Support daily factory operations, production planning, and process activities.Assist with quality control, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement.Support production data analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.Assist with reports, procedures, work instructions, and other departmental documentation.Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.Collaborate with different factory departments to achieve operational objectives.Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.Provide regular updates to supervisors and mentors.Perform other assigned duties during the development program.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Fresh graduates with no prior professional experience.Basic knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, quality, and process improvement.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.Willingness to work and rotate across different factory departments.What You'll GainFull-time employment with long-term career development opportunities.Structured training across Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC.Hands-on experience in a new manufacturing facility.Exposure to production, quality, planning, and continuous improvement.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Opportunities for professional and technical development.Additional RequirementsAvailable for immediate joining.Saudi nationality.SCE membership.
