Job Title/Role: AI Developer - Generative AI / Machine Learning Mode: (Hybrid)Type: Full-Time (Permanent)Location: Toronto, ON, CanadaClient: HCL CanadaRole Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models and LLMs.Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangChain, Vector Databases, and cloud services.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.Build scalable RAG architectures and AI agents.Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring.Follow security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.Tune model performance and troubleshoot production AI workloads.Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
