Join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing production operations in the textile industry!What You’ll DoAnalyze and improve production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs.Implement lean manufacturing practices and standardize workflows.Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.Optimize factory layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve performance.Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Train staff on process improvements and best practices.Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Support new product development and assess production feasibility.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.0–3 years of industrial engineering experience.Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.Experience in time studies, work measurement, and process flow analysis.Understanding of production and garment manufacturing processes.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Good command of English.We welcome applications from fresh graduates eager to start their careers
