Front Desk Agent/ Members Club

General Purpose91 Athens Riviera is a private Members Club located in the Southern Suburbs of Athens, owned, and developed by Grivalia Hospitality is looking for a Front Desk Agent. The person will be the first person that the members will see.

Main Responsibilities

· Act as the face of 91 Athens Riviera and be available to respond positively to all inquiries and needs of our guests· Answering all requests/complaints from Members whether by phone, email or in person· Coordinating the full cycle of bookings for Members· Being responsible for following Club’s Rules & Regulations· Informing all Guests of the 91 Athens Riviera facilities and follow all arrival procedures· Assisting with the onboarding process of members· Assisting ad hoc in the organization/ and roll out of events within the Club

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree· Team player with good communication skills· Detail-oriented· Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy ability to work independently and proactive· Customer-oriented and friendly· Strong MS Office skills· Fluent in Greek and English· Shift work – weekend and holidays includedWhat the company offers· Competitive salary· Encouraging and supportive working environment· Professional development
