We look for team members who want a stable, respected role in a workplace that takes care of its people.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk & Client Experience Associate for our Jumeirah studio, supporting our Ladies Only class programme. This role is based on the Ladies Only studio floor, including the women-only training area and changing rooms, and requires working within these spaces at all times.You will greet clients, manage bookings and check-ins, answer phone and WhatsApp inquiries, process payments, and keep the front desk calm and organised. You'll coordinate with instructors to keep class schedules running smoothly and help resolve client questions with warmth and professionalism.What we need:Native or native-level Arabic, and fluent English (required, not preferred, given our clientele)A genuine, stable interest in this role as steady, ongoing workStrong communication skills and a warm, organised, service-minded approachComfortable with basic computer use and booking systems (full training provided)Immediately available: no notice period or waiting timeNo university degree is required.
