Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette required.2. Previous customer service experience preferred.3. CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.Essential Functions:1. Greets members, guests, and non-members in a pleasant and friendly manner, ensuring:2. Quick and efficient check-in3. Compliance with visit limitations and policies4. Proper direction to the appropriate area of the facility5. Schedules members for:6. Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)7. Initial Consultations (ICs)8. Fitness University programs9. Group exercise classes10. Locker and towel rentals following established procedures11. Demonstrates proficiency and professionalism in answering, holding, and transferring phone calls to the appropriate club or hospital contact.12. Follows opening procedures according to the Policy and Procedures Binder, ensuring:13. The POS cash drawer contains the correct starting balance14. Appropriate Financial Services documentation is completed when discrepancies occurFollows closing procedures and completes cash reconciliation accurately.15. Answers questions regarding HealthWorks programs and policies or directs members to the appropriate staff member for assistance.16. Completes the following forms accurately and routes them appropriately:17. Attendance Reports18. Monthly Billing Requests19. Replacement Card Forms20. Credit Card Information Forms21. Ensures prospective members:22. Sign the Tour/Prospective Member Log23. Are referred to the Membership Services Director on duty24. Are welcomed and directed appropriately in a friendly and courteous manner25. Enters payment transactions accurately and completely into the Front Desk POS system.26. Coordinates vendor, contractor, and delivery visits by contacting the appropriate department leader and directing visitors as needed.27. Performs additional duties as assigned.Other Duties:1.
