Serving as the primary point of contact, this individual will seamlessly combine top-tier customer service with administrative accuracy in a sophisticated aesthetic setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Concierge & Reception: Warmly greet arriving patients, manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, and provide an elevated service standard suitable for high-profile clientele.Scheduling & Administrative Support: Manage multi-provider schedules, book consultations, handle follow-up calls, and oversee day-to-day office organization.Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries clearly, and manage patient correspondence with precision.Operations & EMR Management: Process payments, update electronic health records using NextTech EMR, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2–3 years of front desk or receptionist experience in a high-end medical setting (e.g., Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, or premier hospital health systems like Cedars-Sinai/Providence).Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software (NextTech preferred) and standard office technologies.Professional Standards: Highly polished appearance, articulate verbal and written communication, strong focus on punctuality, and minimal personal device usage during business hours.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in a luxury medical spa or aesthetic practice.Demonstrated history of serving high-net-worth or VIP patients with discretion and tact.Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, medical spa procedures, or sales support.Compensation & PerksCompetitive hourly pay ($27.00 – $30.00/hr)Access to comprehensive health benefitsCollaborative work culture with supportive leadership in a premier Beverly Hills location
