This full-time, on-site role is the first impression of VIO and plays a critical part in creating an exceptional guest experience.The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk, delivering warm and professional service, and supporting both guests and providers throughout the visit.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and create a polished, elevated arrival experienceManage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accuratelyAnswer phones and respond to guest questions with professionalism and confidenceSchedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as neededProcess payments and maintain accurate client recordsAssist with intake forms, consents, and administrative tasksCoordinate communication between guests, providers, and internal team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception areaSupport daily spa operations while upholding VIO service standardsQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional phone etiquette and customer service experienceExperience with scheduling software, calendars, and data entryAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPrior experience in med spa, wellness, medical, luxury retail, or hospitality preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleNaturally warm and personableCalm under pressure and adaptableProactive problem-solverPassionate about client experience and aesthetic wellness
