Our financial client is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (fully on-site role) to manage the day to day operations of a front desk setting including assisting clients and employees, ordering office supplies, ensuring the kitchen is stocked and assisting with event set up, office moves and building requests.This is a fantastic launch pad for someone to have their hands in a bit of everything! You will learn the ins and outs of the office, work in a collaborative team setting and help keep things running smoothly in a very visible and active role. **This firm offers fantastic benefits (bonus, retirement plan, 401k) and room to grow:ResponsibilitiesEnsure a positive visitor experience by coordinating meeting logistics and confirming guests are comfortable and well cared for.Field incoming phone calls, determine the appropriate recipient, and transfer accordingly.Uphold front-desk security protocols, including guest sign-in, badge issuance, risk awareness, and emergency notification procedures.Demonstrate strong discretion, professionalism, and integrity when managing sensitive information and engaging with leadership, clients, and outside partners.Partner with building management on facilities requests, filing tickets, monitoring status, and following through to resolution.Coordinate scheduling for conference rooms and support event coordination, including reservations, A/V setup, catering, and room arrangement. Keep the lobby and common areas tidy and presentable.Provide logistical support to the HR/People function for meetings, interviews, onboarding, and training sessions; update and maintain the internal directory and weekly cafeteria/lunch schedule.Assist in planning and executing company culture events, such as holiday and summer celebrations.Assist with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:1-2 years of office-based, administrative or hospitality experience in a professional settingExperience with MS Office, specifically Outlook for schedulingCollaborative team-player, willingness to help in all areas of the administrative teamPlease note this is an on-site role, 5 days per week
