As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience to all who enter our facility. This position's primary focus is management of the main lobby area for RADIAS Health via telephone and face to face contact with clients, professionals, and employees.The Front Desk Coordinator's responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and assisting with administrative tasks.
