Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Front Office Manager, you will need to:Planning and Organizing Build, develop, mentor, guide and teach the pre-opening Front Office department.Assist in developing the hotel's strategic and marketing plans.Create and prepare annual budgets for the Front Office department.Develop and execute training programs for all Front Office team members. Oversee regular employee training sessions and track their effectiveness, covering IT systems and guest-service protocols.Be knowledgeable of the Property Management and Call Centre computer systems.Operations Manage the operations of all departmental employees, facilities, sales, and costs to achieve maximum departmental revenue.Responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, personalized service, and exceeding guest expectation.Oversee all aspects of the department’s operations.Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures by training and overseeing all team members.Maintain up-to-date departmental SOP’s/LSOP’s and make them accessible to all employees for reference, revision, and updates as needed.Be a sales champion for the hotel, by creating and pursuing business referrals, potential sales leads and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue. Personally oversee and drive the upselling at the property.Lead and implement the hotel's sales and promotional initiatives.Keep track and monitor the daily arrivals and address VIP or special requests promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping, room service, and guest relations as needed to fulfill requests.Offer coaching and counseling, along with support and guidance to the employees as needed.Ensure the team members are up to date with current information and data of the hotel products, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion, spa and health club, and other services and facilities.Perform routine room and floor inspections to maintain quality standards, address engineering job orders or housekeeping cleaning requests, and oversee the outcomes.Above all, to lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members.Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.Administration Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees.Collaborate with T&C on various employee-related tasks including interviews, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews, coaching, guidance, and terminations to ensure adequate employee levels and enhance productivity.Manage payroll and business expenses of the department.Collaborate with the Finance Department on front office procedures, reports, operational issues, and commission payments.
