Front Desk Receptionist / Studio Host

Location: The Commons, Mirdif, DubaiWe’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Studio Host to welcome clients and support daily operations at our boutique fitness and recovery studio.You will:Welcome clients, manage check-ins and provide attentive service.Manage class and KORE Reset bookings, memberships and client accounts through Mindbody.Handle enquiries, payments, class packs and retail sales.Maintain accurate client records, completed waivers and clear communication of studio policies.Coordinate with the team and keep reception organised and welcoming.Previous hands-on Mindbody experience is essential.

Candidates should have strong communication and organisational skills, previous customer service experience and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
