About the jobJob Title - Front Desk ReceptionistLocation: Sharjah, UAE – PharmC Head OfficeAbout the Role - PharmC Pharmacy is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Head Office in Sharjah.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently while providing administrative support to the wider team.Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day reception and front-office operations.Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and guests professionally.Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries.Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, couriers, documents, and deliveries.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and office communications.Coordinate with office boys, couriers, vendors, and service providers as required.Support office administration, including stationery and general office supplies.Coordinate with relevant teams for office maintenance and facility-related requirements.Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.Provide general administrative support to the Head Office and assist HR/Admin with day-to-day requirements.Ensure smooth and efficient front-office operations.Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.1–2 years of experience in reception, front-office, or administrative roles.Speaks Filipino Language Proficiently.
