The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out processes, and providing clear information about appointments and services. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and performing basic clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. The role also involves coordinating with physiotherapists and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations, handling payments and billing-related queries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The receptionist is expected to deliver courteous, professional customer service and support a calm, client-focused environment. 6 days work week. Local dialect speaking.QualificationsStrong receptionist and front-desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing visitor and appointment flow.Professional Phone Etiquette, with the ability to handle inquiries, route calls, and provide clear information.Solid Clerical Skills, including basic administrative tasks, record keeping, filing, and data entry.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and helpfully with diverse clients and colleagues.Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.Comfort with basic computer systems and clinic management or scheduling software.Ability to work on-site full time in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Professional appearance, reliability, and a client-focused mindset aligned with the practice’s vision, mission, and values.
