The person in this position will greet members and visitors, manage check-ins and appointments, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels. Daily responsibilities include handling member registrations, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and performing basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry. The Front Desk Receptionist will also coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations, support customer service needs, and help keep the reception area organized and welcoming. This role requires consistent punctuality, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing an excellent front-of-house experience.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with members and visitors.Experience with receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing incoming calls, scheduling, and directing inquiries.Proficient clerical skills, such as data entry, filing, maintaining records, and handling basic administrative tasks.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a busy front desk environment.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or membership management systems.Professional appearance, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.Prior experience in a fitness center, hospitality, or customer-facing role is an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus for working with local members.
