AIRIO Athens Luxury Suites invites guests to experience the Athenian lifestyle where comfort, elegance, and hospitality meet.Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls and emails, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also involves providing information about local attractions, assisting with requests and special arrangements, and coordinating with housekeeping and management to address guest needs promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, requiring a professional presence at the front desk and consistent interaction with guests and partners.Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, supportive environment for guests.Receptionist duties and clerical skills, including managing reservations, check-in/check-out processes, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks.Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners.Phone etiquette skills, including handling inquiries, transferring calls, and managing guest requests efficiently.Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Athens, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.Basic computer proficiency (e.g., reservation systems, email, office software) and strong attention to detail.
