Front Desk Receptionist/Front Office Manage

Role Description The Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Solapur, responsible for overseeing overall operations, project delivery, and strategic growth for شركة خبراء المنزل المتكاملة للمقاولات. Day-to-day tasks include setting organizational goals, aligning project plans with company objectives, and monitoring project performance, budgets, and timelines. The Director will supervise department heads, support staff development, and ensure coordination between engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and key vendors, while ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and contractual obligations. The Director will also review financial reports, manage risks, drive process improvements, and support business development initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the region.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and management skills, including team supervision, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Strong project management abilities, with experience in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for construction or contracting projects.Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in using project management and office productivity tools; familiarity with construction management software is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Previous experience in a senior management or director-level role within construction, contracting, or a similar industry.Ability to work on-site in Solapur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project and business needs.
