We are looking for a confident and service-oriented professional who can represent the organization with warmth and efficiency.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to manage reception activities, welcome visitors and guests, answer inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support.The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests, visitors, clients, candidates, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.Manage daily front-desk operations and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.Answer incoming calls, emails, messages, and general inquiries promptly and professionally.Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate employee, department, or service.Verify visitor information and maintain accurate visitor and appointment records.Coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, conference rooms, and scheduled visits.Manage calendars and communicate appointment changes, confirmations, and cancellations.Provide accurate information about company services, facilities, procedures, operating hours, and available resources.Handle routine customer questions and resolve basic issues efficiently.Escalate complaints, sensitive matters, or complex requests to the appropriate supervisor.Receive, sort, distribute, and track incoming mail, courier packages, documents, and deliveries.Prepare, print, scan, copy, organize, and file routine administrative documents.Maintain accurate digital and physical records, forms, logs, and reception documentation.Assist employees, clients, and visitors with general administrative requests.Coordinate with facilities, security, maintenance, IT, housekeeping, and other support teams when required.Monitor reception supplies, stationery, visitor badges, access cards, and other front-desk materials.Support visitor registration, onboarding activities, company events, meetings, workshops, and special functions.Maintain confidentiality of visitor information, customer details, employee information, and company records.Assist with basic reports, schedules, correspondence, and administrative summaries.Follow up on outstanding visitor or administrative requests to ensure timely completion.Maintain professional telephone and face-to-face communication standards at all times.Identify opportunities to improve reception procedures, visitor experience, and administrative workflows.Follow company policies, security procedures, health and safety requirements, privacy standards, and data-protection practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in reception, front-desk operations, customer service, hospitality, or office administration is preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Mandarin, Hindi, or Russian are advantageous.Friendly, confident, professional, and service-oriented personality.Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Confident telephone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, calendars, and common administrative software.Experience with visitor-management systems, CRM platforms, booking systems, or office-management software is advantageous.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Previous experience in a hotel, corporate office, clinic, showroom, education institution, or premium customer-service environment is advantageous.UAE reception or front-office experience is advantageous.Customer-service, hospitality, office administration, or reception certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working opportunities within a professional front-office environment.Competitive compensation aligned with experience, communication skills, and administrative responsibilities.Opportunity to develop expertise in reception management, customer experience, office coordination, and visitor services.Exposure to professional business operations, hospitality standards, digital communication tools, and workplace administration.Professional development opportunities and continuous learning in communication, customer service, office management, and digital systems.A supportive and multicultural environment where professionalism, courtesy, organization, reliability, and exceptional service are highly valued.
