Team members join a hospitality-focused environment backed by Hilton’s standards of service and guest care.Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN, responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience from arrival through departure. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, checking them in and out, processing payments, and handling reservations and room assignments. The role manages phone calls and guest inquiries, provides information about hotel services and local attractions, and addresses guest requests or concerns in a professional and timely manner. The Front Desk Representative also maintains accurate records, ensures the lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized, and collaborates with housekeeping and other departments to support smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional guest experience.Proficient Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information to guests and team members.Experience managing Reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling stays while ensuring accuracy in guest records.Ability to use front desk and hotel management systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and follow standard operating procedures.Reliability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to stand for extended periods.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or challenging situations.Previous front desk, hotel, or hospitality experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.Commitment to an inclusive, guest-centered environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
