The individual in this role will be responsible for greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling appointment bookings and schedule changes. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining client records, processing payments, and coordinating with practitioners to ensure smooth clinic operations. The role also involves managing the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and welcoming, while providing accurate information about clinic services and policies. The Front Desk Staff will work closely with the rest of the team to support a professional and caring experience for all clients.Qualifications Strong customer service and receptionist duties skills, with the ability to welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.Effective phone etiquette and communication skills to manage calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling clearly and courteously.Solid computer literacy, including the use of scheduling systems, basic office software, and electronic record-keeping.Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy clinic environment.Previous front desk, administrative, or healthcare reception experience is beneficial.Comfort working in a Traditional Chinese Medicine or healthcare setting, with respect for client privacy and confidentiality.Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Singapore (such as Mandarin or Malay) are an advantage.
