With over 31,000 square feet of ballrooms, meeting rooms, and outdoor event space, the property hosts conferences, social functions, and special events, providing team members with a fast-paced, service-oriented work setting.The Front Desk Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located at Omni Las Colinas Hotel in Irving, TX. This role oversees daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries and reservations. The Front Desk Supervisor leads and supports front desk team members, ensures consistent delivery of high-quality customer service, and addresses escalated guest concerns or service issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring lobby and front desk activity, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. The role also involves training team members, assisting with scheduling, and promoting a welcoming, efficient, and professional atmosphere for all guests.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills, with experience leading front office or hospitality teams and providing coaching and feedback.Excellent phone etiquette and reception duties, including managing multi-line phone systems, greeting guests, and handling inquiries professionally.Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to resolve issues, manage complaints, and create positive guest experiences.Prior hotel or front desk experience, knowledge of reservation and property management systems, and basic cash-handling skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or business coursework or certification is a plus.
