This role supervises front desk team members, manages staff schedules, and supports training and coaching to maintain high service standards. The Front Desk Supervisor monitors guest check-in and check-out processes, handles escalated guest concerns, and ensures that reception procedures are followed accurately. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a professional lobby and front desk environment, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring efficient handling of phone calls, reservations, and inquiries. The role also requires accurate documentation of guest information, adherence to company policies, and support of overall hotel performance goals.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills and experience overseeing front desk or customer-facing teams.Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to resolve guest issues professionally.Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and front desk procedures.Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes and guest inquiries efficiently.Experience in hospitality or hotel front office operations is preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with comfort using hotel management or reservation systems.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or customer service training is an asset.
